The one-file workflow: Shoot vertical at 1080 × 1920. Keep the important action inside the middle 1080 × 1350 (4:5) area and away from the bottom third. One edit then works for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Pinterest. Crop it to 4:5 for the Instagram feed and LinkedIn.
