One standard for everyone
out\office works with people all over the world. We apply the same strict standard to everyone, wherever you live: European (GDPR) level consent, access and deletion. That also covers the privacy laws of US states such as California. You must be 18 or over to use the Office.
Who we are
out\office is a small talent & strategy agency. You can reach us at hello@outoffice.agency.
What we collect
What you give us in our forms: name, email, optional phone number, city and country, currency, the languages and niche you create in, and (for brands and agencies) company, role, markets and categories. In the Office, creators can also answer optional questions about their audience, goals, content, rates and deals. When Instagram, Facebook or TikTok are connected (opening soon), we read the numbers of the accounts you connect, and only those. We also record which boxes you ticked and when, and where you came from (UTM tags). Our hosting records basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics.
We never ask for health, religion, sexuality, ethnicity, politics, your home address, ID numbers, passwords or your exact birthday, and we never infer them. Some content moments and niches (for example a religious festival or Pride) can hint at those things, so if you choose one we ask for a separate, explicit consent, store it only as your content calendar or niche, and never use it for matching or benchmarks. We do not profile your individual followers.
Why
To get in touch about collabs and the Office when you ticked the box that says we can; to match you with brand opportunities only if you ticked that one; to include your numbers, anonymised and only in groups of at least 10 creators, in benchmarks only if you ticked that one; and to send the newsletter only if you ticked or subscribed to it. Each is a separate choice you can change at any time.
Where it’s stored and who processes it
Sign-ups and Office data are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Europe. Form submissions are also emailed to the founders through Web3Forms. The site runs on Vercel. Drive is used for our own team files. We don’t sell your data. If we add another service that handles your data (for example email sending or payments), we’ll list it here first.
Your rights
See, correct, export or delete what we hold, withdraw any consent, or stop emails, any time. In the Office you can do this yourself from your desk (“Delete everything” removes your profile, answers, deals and consents). Otherwise email hello@outoffice.agency and we’ll act promptly. Every email we send says how to unsubscribe. If you’re unhappy you can complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or ask us to, or until it stops being useful. We review the list regularly.
